Biopuncture-Biomesotherapy
Dr. Samples can now offer you the Tri-state’s newest and most innovative therapy –
Biomesotherapy or Biopuncture
What is biomesotherapy / biopuncture?
BIOMESOTHERAPY combines two well-proven healing methods - acupuncture and homeopathy.
Biomesoytherapy (Biopuncture) is a new therapy consisting of the use of homotoxicological
products and the stimulation of specific points in the body with a saline solution. Certain points
such as Acupuncture and trigger points are used along with specific local pain points. Although
these products have been used in Germany (and the rest of the world) for several decades, the
specific name biomesotherapy came into being about a decade ago. Many practitioners in the
United States it is called biopuncture.
How does Biomesotherapy work?
• Biomesotherapy stimulates the body's self healing capacities, relaxes muscles and
normalizes muscle system imbalances.
• Biomesotherapy uses homotoxicological remedies, which are delivered to a localized site
via the stimulation of trigger points and traditional Chinese acupuncture points.
• This has a synergistic effect of sustained release acupuncture as well as allowing the
homotoxicological remedies instant access to the patient’s matrix where they can achieve
maximal efficacy
• Homotoxicological remedies are inserted subcutaneously in order to stimulate the extra
cellular matrix, stimulate deeper organ systems (known as a cutis-visceral response) and activate
the action of the homoeopathic directly to the site where it is required.
How is Biomesotherapy done?
• A homotoxicological remedy is given via sublingual oral drops or by nasal spray to allow
quick absorption into your system. The custom made solution given is for a specific organ or
tissue type associated with your complaint.
• Using a fine needle containing sterile saline solution (exactly the same as the body’s fluid
composition) with the homeopathic medication is placed superficially into trigger and acupuncture
points.
Does it hurt?
Dr. Samples uses very fine needles which are more like acupuncture needles. In fact mostly no
discomfort is felt by the patient. Most people are surprised how easily and quickly injections are
given.
What is Biomesotherapy useful for?
Biomesotherapy is useful for all types of conditions, but it is especially used for acute and chronic
pain, and has been shown to be comparable to cortisone therapy without the added side affects.
Conditions include muscular pain, arthritis, lower back pain, neck pain, frozen shoulder, carpal
tunnel syndrome, tennis elbow, ankle sprain, sciatica, fibromyalgia, spurs, and increased recovery
from sports injury.
More than 10 years of experience in Europe support that Biomesotherapy provides alleviation of
pain, inhibition of inflammation, increased circulation, muscle relaxation, fine nerve endings repair
and stimulation of your own body’s healing mechanisms, thus speeding up the process of injury
recovery.
How long does biomesotherapy take to work?
Some people experience relief of their pain within minutes of their first treatment, however, it can
take up to half an hour. Sessions are for approximately half an hour. Depending on the severity
of the condition, treatment is often once or twice weekly for the first two weeks, and as the
healing process is facilitated and the condition is ameliorated, treatments become weekly,
fortnightly or monthly. Some conditions may require maintenance treatments to ensure that
wellness is supported.
Safety and efficiency of biomesotherapy
Practitioners of Biomesotherapy, including Dr. Samples, are using a technique that adheres to
strict technical guidelines. We have a duty of care as professional clinicians, which involve using
correct technique and sterile disposable material.
The products used in Biomesotherapy are developed in Germany and meet strict United States
standards established by the FDA. The diluted natural medicines commonly used contain no
impurities, additives or preservatives
Biomesotherapy can be combined with all allopathic and naturopathic treatments, and it may be
advantageous to combine Biomesotherapy with Acupuncture and Chinese herbal medicine
therapy.
There are over 70 million consultations in this therapy in Europe every year. It is a very popular
form of natural medicine.
If you would like to include biopuncture into your personal health plan, please discuss this with
